We had Caden's friend party on Saturday, Oct. 20th. We invited Kenna, Cambray, Nathan, and Zach. It was the perfect group size. Caden started the party wearing his costume and mask. He wanted to show it off. Then after about 5 minutes of wearing it, he was done and took it off. He went from Spider Man to Birthday Boy in his Birthday Suit! I cannot believe I let my son wear just his underwear for his 3rd birthday party. Oh well, all of his friends are used to his underwear only attire. We started the party with spider man stickers, all the friends received one when they arrived. When everyone was there we played pin the mask on spider-man. We used Nick's neck tie as a blindfold and spun the kids.

The next game was drop the spiders in a cup. All the kids loved this game. They all wanted to do it over and over again.

The Bad Guy hunt has begun. Everyone received a can of silly string to spray the bad guys. I taped pictures of Spider Man bad guys all over the play room and let the kids have at it.

Soon the silly string found its way off the paper bad guys to real people. It was a huge silly string war. It was hillarious watching the kids scream and run. Caden had no idea what to think of the whole thing. I don't know if he was scared or what. Nick held him and the war continued.

After the silly string war we opened presents and had spider man cupcakes and ice cream.

We ended the party with balloon punch balls. Balloons were everywhere. It was a fun party, Caden had a great time.

LOOKS SO FUN!!! Silly string...a classic...your boys are so cute! Happy birthday!
Happy Birthday Caden!! That sounds like a GREAT party! Hey, there is nothing wrong with running around in your birthday suit on your birthday, he is entitled to NO-CLOTHES on his special day! :) Good on ya!
NICK!!!! Oh my goodness! I can't believe that you have a 3 year old and a 10 month old. Your family is so cute! I saw Clayton and your mom and dad at Todd's reception and everyone looked great. So, you are in Physical Therapy school... how much longer? Mark is in Chiropractic School and has one year left, we will return back to AZ next Dec or Jan. What about you and your family? Although we absolutely love the Dallas area we will, more than likely, move back because both of our families are there. Sorry this is so long for a comment on your blog... Hi to Jessica (though I don't think she knows me) :) Hope to hear from you soon!
Love, Kristi
